The trailer will be pulled by Tim Morris using his Suburban.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thursday, there is a need for help with the painting of the passenger car, the signs, and the remaining decorations for the trailer.  The plan is to start at 3:30pm at the Leaumont residence.  Friday, is as needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For Saturday morning, the trailer must arrive by 8am at the staging area, however the children do not have to be at the staging area by 8am. Action Item to get tied to their account so that we can avoid monthly fees.&lt;br /&gt;          Pack Received $200 in Scholarship money for 2 new scouts.( 1 Tiger and 1 Wolf)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New Treasurer is Sharon Guess&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Need a new Membership Chair  and Assistant Cub Masters from younger Dens.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Popcorn &lt;br /&gt;          Total Sales $8,417.00 and the Pack received $2,104.25 in commission.&lt;br /&gt;          Top Sellers were Jack Maddigan and Ethan Brown&lt;br /&gt;          Action - Place $500 in savings account to reserve for beginning of year expenses.&lt;br /&gt;          Action - Dens should use the &amp;quot;I Filled It Up&amp;quot; order form to get the patch for completing a 25 line order form.  The web site is http://www.trails-end.com/TEPublic/scouts/fillitup.asp     &lt;br /&gt;          Action - Popcorn Order pick up scheduled for November 8.  Pickup Times are from 8am-11am CST.  David Maddigan and Drew Leaumont to assist in pickup.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Advancements&lt;br /&gt;          Sally has not received advancements from Tigers.  Sally will maintain contact with the Den Leaders so that the advancements can be purchased to be delivered at the next Pack Meeting.  Monika indicates that Joey has been working with the Tigers on their Bobcats and that explained the Tigers advancements.&lt;br /&gt;          Action -    Sally will pick up 5 Webelos badges.  The Webelos must complete their fitness chart for Peter before Pack Meeting to receive the Webelos badge before the holidays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Webelos Trip&lt;br /&gt;          Sally distributed the interest list.  Current interest is 45 and need confirmation through email for total number.  Sally will make reservations for the heated cabins due to the time of year and temperature.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blue and Gold&lt;br /&gt;          Kirsten and Melanie work on planning.  This years theme is American ABCs&lt;br /&gt;Monika will order the arrows for the Arrow Of Light Ceremony for the Webelos II who will be bridging to Boy Scouts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Veterans Day&lt;br /&gt;          The Pack is registered for 20 scouts.  Get there around 1:45pm if not eating.  Class A dress.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Texas Motor Speedway - 100 Years of Scouting.&lt;br /&gt;          Monika will get the information at the Roundtable and send the information to the Pack alias.&lt;br /&gt;          Only a few families have confirmed attendance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dens -    Idea raised about making flags for each Den.  Webelos can be organized into a Patrol.
